The National Healthcare Communication Programme is offering short workshops to help healthcare staff strengthen communication with patients, families and colleagues.
In-person workshops run from September to November in Dublin, covering making connections, consultation skills, challenging consultations, teamwork, motivational interviewing and end-of-life conversations. Virtual facilitator workshops are also available, but participants must first complete the relevant in-person Part 1 workshop.
